Our story
A planned colony on Gorakhpur’s growing corridor
Since the Lucknow Bypass opened, Sonbarsa and Kusumi Bazar have been quickly becoming part of Gorakhpur city. Uday Nagar is a planned colony on this corridor — with wide roads, marked plots and a green park.
The company was incorporated on 24 February 2026. We are a new company, so we want to earn trust through our work — by showing every buyer the papers, measuring on site, and telling every charge upfront.
